Christmas at the Pitcock's

Just wanted to put up some pictures of our Christmas home! Justin has the ceremony where he gets his call sign tomorrow, we also have chili we are submitting in the squadron chili cook-off. Should be an exciting start to our weekend!

wow how time flies! We have been taking full advantage of the San Diego sunshine and getting excited for the holidays. We had a quick trip to Graham for Thanksgiving. It was so neat to have my first holiday as a married woman. It was a lot more fun! Its been said two is better than one well that goes with families as well. Justin just got promoted to Captain which is exciting. I'm trying to enjoy everyday I have with him until he leaves. There are several months but I've heard the closer it gets the more stressed and busy the guys get so it is important to spend loads of quality time now! Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season.

How did I manage to miss two weeks of blogging?! Maybe because we sleep so much! We have been spending a lot of time with friends and of course Justin has been working the golf course as well as the phrogs pretty hard! They are gearing up for deployment although it is not for some time. Some of Justin's friends left recently for their deployments. It makes it all a lot more real. I can't say that I enjoy the feeling...On the other hand we have been having a wonderful time exploring San Diego. I went to a winery with some of the wives, Justin and I saw the musical Sammy, I carved some pumpkins, we also explored Balboa park. I look forward to going home for thanksgiving (we just got that squared away) We are also so blessed that God has his eye on our family. Still keeping L3 in our prayers. hello to all and we miss you!!!
