After LA I spent some much needed time with my awesome girl friends in San Diego and completed the 10K Mud Run at Camp Pendelton.  Justin emails me frequently and he is having a wonderful time.  Lots of work and flying but enjoying it nonetheless.  He has had one port stop and is nearing the time for a second.  I ask for continued prayers for strength and safety to all the men and women on the three boats.  I'm now in Texas having a wonderful time with friends and family.  It is hot hot HOT out here!  Don't know how long I'm staying but I am soaking up every minute of it!
Looks like I missed putting my LA trip up!  I went to the land of the stars with a family of stars, the Skipper's!  It was amazing.  I saw the sights, met really cool people, saw a great show, and had some quality time with some of my favorite people.  here is a sprinkling of what we did!
Today some of the wives and I ran the Camp Pendelton mud run.  It was a great time!  Here are some of the photos.  It has been touch and go around here.  One day I'm fine the other I'm sad and have self pity.  I pray for strength in Christ.  I know this will be over and we will both be stronger for it.  Thank you all who pray for both of us.  The men and women on all three boats need your prayers.  Prayers of strength and purpose.
